So I gathered from your last letter that your new companion is named Elder Briggs? Where is he from? How long has he been out? What's his first name?
ok so yeah his name is Elder Robert Briggs and is from palmdale, california.
What is wonderful about him?
his dad is the bishop there. pretty sweet guy! he came out in june, hurt his shoulder playing basketball and so he had to go home to have sugery on it and now he just came back out in november. he should have been older than me by one transfer but now i am i think one or two older than him. but overall he is a really cool elder.
Tell us about one of your investigators? Or a good story...
so one of our investigators we have is way sweet! he is a roommate of one of the students here at iowa state that is a member and we got sort of a referal from him about his roommate. our investigator is going to school to be a meteoroligist and the funny thing is, is that we have a renouned weather person in our ward already who works at the school i think. pretty funny.

hmmm i think i would have to say this mild winter that we are having. sooooooooo nice not having to walk through a foot or more of snow. oh and the people here are really nice too. :) haha

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! YES!!!! i have to have a three hundred dollar pair and those are barely working. :) :) :) haha funny.

So one thing that's different about Ames is that you only have the car 1/2 the time...What else is different?
yeah we are going to give it to the sisters today cause we have it every other week. but one other thing that is different about ames is that we have a ward. and a pretty big one at that. oh and there is some one who i think we might know!!!! her name is sister rawlins and she lived in our stake. she was in the 11th ward back home. austins and cristins ward. sooo cool!

haha yes you are sheryl. :) but im gunna miss you when i come home and you might not be there. :(
