mehh it just feels like another day in the life as a missionary when you turn a year old. just keep on goin down the dusty roads and findin people to teach. this last week went by fast but the work has come to a complete stop. here in the ysa branch it is so stinkin hard to contact people. less actives are away or won't answer the doors or their phones and potential investigators just laugh at us when we drive by because they are some dumb college kid who doesn't know any better...this area is not lookin too good. we haven't been able to contact anyone!!!!!!!! nobody will listen. i guess that just means we have to make our selves look goofy and preach on our soap boxes and hope that someone will come to us.
i am excited because there are a few people in our branch who play soccer and we are supposedly going to play today so hopefully i can keep up with them.
haha well the pants have to be a dark conservitive color. so light brown won't work. i don't know what they look like yet so i will have to see. but yeah i only have two pairs of slacks and they are startin to...get stinky fast.
oh we went to the nauvoo pagent this last tuesday so that was pretty sweet! we got a few pictures and a video of some stick pulling. i was a pro at the stilt walking and every one is like whoa look at that elder!!! hahaha it felt sooooooo good being around only mormons for a change. well a lot of mormons that we could just converse with and talk about church and me not have to try and convert them. :)
yes momma i will put a few pics that we got at the pagent. the pagent itself was amazing!!! we will have to see it when you guys come out to pick me up. soo good!
well i love you all and miss you. i can't wait to hear back from you again. :)
