day 353

hey momma this week has been better. i have tried to change my attitude with every thing and try to focus on the positive things out here. it has been pretty stressful though trying to get ready for our baptisms. three people out of four people either are getting baptized this week end or have already been baptized. two or those people have gone to utah to be baptized by friends who are in the church and the other two are here and we are trying so hard to keep them in line for baptism. we had a girl who had really a lot of anxiaty about eating in front of people and she had to have a feeding tube cause she lost a lot of weight. now she is off of it so thats good.

im sorry for the rush but i don't really have anything else.

well thats all i have for now. im sorry. i love you all and miss you so much!

love

  1. You aren't the only missionary who struggles. President Hinckley shared a story about how he was discouraged in the mission field. His Dad wrote him a letter back - "Forget yourself and go to work" ... that story was written into one of my all time favorite Primary Songs - Constant As The North Star - that was sung at President Hinckley's birthday celebration in 1996. http://www.lds.org/ldsorg/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=21bc9fbee98db010VgnVCM1000004d82620aRCRD&locale=0&sourceId=1c338526addab010VgnVCM1000004d82620a____&hideNav=1
