JAS: 173 days left

hey not a lot much has changed. just getting warm and cold off and on. kinda weird but yeah we had a little ice storm all of Sunday and so we had church cancelled and so that was unfortunate cause we had invited quite a few people to church who we had never heard from really. this week we had a little meeting other than district meeting with the ZL's and the sisters to talk about our district goal and what we can do to achieve it. unfortunatley we won't be reaching our district or zone goal of 4 and 5 for jan. but we will be working that much harder to achieve the goal for feb which is 5 for the district and 11 for the zone. jan we started off rough and so thats why we set such a low goal for the zone but feb and march are both 11 so im excited to see the work thats going to go on these next few months. our investigators are being a little difficult but they are getting to the point of us starting back up with them and getting them on the right track for baptism! im super excited!

thats super weird to have amanda going to christians mission. you think he'll see her when she comes out? think he will be in the office for the rest of his mission? i sure hope not....anyways thats about it for me here! i love you all and can't wait till next week!

nope same comp. transfers are every 6 weeks and the next transfer is feb 7...

Tell me about your favorite person at the old folks home? Who makes you laugh?

haha i love every one there. there is a sweet old lady and her name is juanita and she only smiles at me for some reason. haha she hates all the workers there but i would always sit with her and ask her questions and she would just always answer "yeah" with a big smile. :) so cute. :) there is a lady who is always saying "no, not today" haha kinda makes me think of the lady that dad took care of who said "i don't think ya will" :) funny.

Best thing about this week?

best thing this week was that meeting that i mentioned cause it made me look at things in a different perspective and im so super excited for district meeting now. :)

What was your district meeting about?

it was about how we need to teach to the peoples needs and not just teach rote lessons that we have memorized.

How often do you have zone conference?

mmmm...bout every three to four months.
