well this week is picking back up. we are having members come back...actually a lot of them are coming back and it is really nice cause the devotional was last night and we had two of our investigators come and watch that, so we really feel that this area will be picking back up here real soon! im so excited! but at the same time kinda bummed cause i will be leaving this next transfer. haha president kinda mentioned it in our interviews, and said "elder smith, you have three and a half more weeks with elder hinman, make them some good ones. and so i am pretty sure im am leaving. but who knows, maybe elder hinman will leave and i will stay for another transfer  but it will be weird going out into a family ward after being in a quiet ysa branch where there is total silence in sacrament meetings. :) haha but anyways, i love this work and will go where He wants me to go.

so yeah we had interviews with our mission pres. and we were able to talk about some of the things we wanted to do while we were out here and so we talked about some of the goals we had for this year and i told him i wanted to baptize three of my brothers and sisters and maybe the Lord has more for me to find and baptize. 

i don't have much else to say. not much else has been happening. sorry

well that's about it for me here! i love you and miss you tons!!!!

fav thing you did and ate...  

favorite thing i ate would have to be this roast beef that we had at our branch presidents house on sunday. super good and soft and tender and just melted in your mouth good. :) haha favorite thing i did was played soccer and basketball on pday and hopefully doing that or just basketball today. i really enjoy our pdays. 

have you met lance keller (sister youngs brother)?  or steven (schubert??maybe)somebody new?  

yeah i did meet elder Keller  and he said that someone told him to look for an elder smith so when i met him i asked, do you know Heidi young? and he said yeah that's my sister, and they we talked about how we were told to look for one another. :)

what/who is Huhot?  

huhot is a Mongolian restaurant and it is soooooooooo good!!! mmmmm nothing like the mongolian restaurants in Utah  i talked about it before my mission a little bit. i think
