We got another letter in the mail today LOVE THOSE!!! I love to see his handwriting for real...it just seems more him for some reason than emails.
Here is basically what he said:
"Hey mom,
How are you? I can't believe how fast time has gone by! We leave on Wednesday in the morning so make sure everyone is home! We are flying to Minneapolis then down to Des Moines. I'm so scared to be thinking that I'll in the field in less then a week!
Last night I had one of my most spiritual moments! It made my testmony grow so much! K so first I was wondering about Joseph Smith and the first vision and so in preach my gospel it says to read Joseph Smiths testimony. so I did and got this kind of confirmation feeling about q's about Joseph Smith. Then a few days later I taught my teacher about the restoration and when I did that I felt the spirit so strong! Then just last night my teacher Brother Kearns asked us to memorize the first vision in preach my gospel so I did, but before that we sang a poor wayfaring man of grief which just increased my love and testimony of him so much! I now know with asurity that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and restore the gospel back to this earth."
Then he asked for a couple things:
more shirts bigger this time (hmmm wonder if he's eaten alot?!!)
more money...on a few hundred dollars...in case his luggage is too heavy in the airport and they have to charge him more... (they won't...it's not)
"I love and miss you all so, so , so much! Have Christian start shaving every morning so he can get used to that and also make him memorize the first vision as well. Give Adi a great big HUG for me! Write back soon!
